One-Time Marketing Fee

All payments made to Buyer Match Panama are one-time payments for marketing and advertising services.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase provided that:

  • No property submission has been received; and
  • No campaign preparation, creative work, or marketing activities have commenced.

Non-Refundable Services

Once any of the following has occurred, payments become non-refundable:

  • Property information has been submitted;
  • Campaign creation has begun;
  • Marketing materials have been produced;
  • Distribution or promotional activities have been initiated;
  • The property has been included in any active marketing campaign.

Because digital marketing services are customized for each property, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.

No Guarantee of Sale

Buyer Match Panama provides marketing exposure and advertising services only. We do not guarantee:

  • Buyer inquiries;
  • Property viewings;
  • Offers;
  • Property sales;
  • Specific marketing results.

Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including property type, pricing, location, market conditions, buyer demand, and seller responsiveness.

Campaign Modifications

If you need to update property information after submission, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where practical during the campaign period.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Buyer Match Panama first regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
